Submission Decisions Now Available 

Submission decisions for the 2024 Conference are now available. Please log in to view the outcome of your submission.

• If your submission was not accepted, your submission will appear as complete, and no further steps are needed.
• If your submission was accepted, you must indicate if you plan to present. Please accept or decline your invitation to present by July 8, 2024. 

Directions to access an accepted submission:

1. Log into the submission system.
2. Once signed in, in the menu on the left-hand side, click Needs Attention or Incomplete (whichever option appears).
3. On the right side of the page next to your submission title, click Open or Edit (whichever option appears).
4. Read the provided information and select the applicable choices:
   • In the first drop down, accept or decline your invitation to present.
   • In the second drop down, select your registration status.
5. Be sure to SAVE & FINALIZE your submission.

If you have multiple submissions accepted, you must accept or decline each invitation individually. 

If you intend to accept your invitation to present, all presenters must register for conference by August 16, 2024.

Early Bird registration for the 2024 CityMatCH Leadership and MCH Epidemiology Conference is now open! Click the following link to register and make hotel reservations.

Early bird registration is open May 28, 2024 - July 22, 2024. Standard rates being July 23, 2024.

CityMatCH will be hosting four Pre-Conference Training Sessions at the 2024 CityMatCH Leadership and MCH Epidemiology Conference. There will be two sessions held on both Saturday, September 7th and Sunday, September 8th. Sessions are $75.00 each and seats are limited! Click here for more details. 

National MCH Epi Award Nominations

Submissions for National MCH Epi Award Nominations are now closed. Notifications for awards will be sent out mid-summer.
